Seasonal Extended Stay (Oct to Mar):
- $1,500 a month (Rate includes 30 amp electric, cash or check only)
- $1,600 a month (Rate includes 50 amp electric, cash or check only)
Notes:
  • Check In: 1pm -- Check Out: 11am
  • Early check-in or late check-out is $20, and only if the site is available
  • For short term stay, a maximum of 3 weeks is allowed. Must depart for a minimum of 48 hours before returning.
  • Specials can only be applied once per visit
  • Rate is based on 2 people (6 maximum)
  • Additional persons (staying the night) are $3/night plus tax per person
  • Visitors of registered guests (not staying the night) are $3 per person
  • Children 5 and under are always free
  • Active military discount available for RV sites only (inquire with office)
  • 1 RV and 1 vehicle per site
  • Reservations require a deposit equal to half of your stay before tax. Please review the new cancellation and refund policy here before booking.
